Meet Coach Jae Taft
Coach Jae Taft is the Owner and Head Skills Trainer at Vision Basketball Academy, bringing over seven years of experience developing female athletes across all levels. Following her collegiate basketball career, Jae discovered her true calling: elevating the next generation of hoopers through camps, one-on-one training, high school coaching, and club-team coaching. With experience spanning from youth to college-level players, Jae has trained over 1,000 athletes and helped 30+ advance to play college basketball. Her commitment goes beyond developing basketball skills; she's passionate about helping young women grow in confidence, character, and faith. Jae believes in the incredible promise of each athlete she works with and is determined to leave a lasting impact on the game while spreading the Gospel through her work. Every training session reflects Jae's dedication to purposeful skill development, faith-based leadership, and creating an environment where athletes feel supported as they pursue their dreams.
